Introducing the Hobby Plan: Unlock more with ipoalerts
We’re excited to announce the launch of the Hobby Plan at ipoalerts, designed for those of you who need more from our service while still keeping things simple and affordable.
The Hobby Plan is perfect for developers, hobbyists, or small teams who want to access more IPO data beyond the limits of the free plan. While we’re working on a self-serve dashboard to make managing your plans even easier, for now, all plan upgrades will be handled manually. If you’re ready to level up, just get in touch, and we’ll get you started!
Hobby Plan Details:
- Base Charges: ₹99 / month
- Inclusions: 100 requests / day
- Overage Charges:
- For 101 - 1000 requests / day: ₹0.75 / request
- For 1000+ requests / day: ₹0.25 / request
Note: After you hit your daily limit of 100 requests, any further requests won’t be blocked. You can continue making requests, and any additional ones will simply be billed based on the overage charges outlined above.
An example billing scenario
Let’s break down a sample billing cycle to show how this works.
Day #1
- Requests: 120
- First 100 requests: Included in the base charges
- Overage (20 requests): 20 * ₹0.75 = ₹15
Day #2
- Requests: 1100
- First 100 requests: Included in the base charges
- Overage (101 - 1000): 900 x ₹0.75 = ₹675
- Overage (1000+): 100 x ₹0.25 = ₹25
- Total for the day: ₹675 + ₹25 = ₹700
Month Summary
- Base Charges: ₹99
- Total Overage: ₹15 (Day #1) + ₹700 (Day #2) = ₹715
- Total Bill: ₹99 + ₹715 = ₹814
In this example, the base charges cover the first 100 requests each day. On Day #1, only 20 additional requests are made, resulting in a minor overage. On Day #2, the total requests reach 1100, with charges applied for both the 101 - 1000 tier and the 1000+ tier.
How to upgrade?
Until the self-serve dashboard is ready, simply reach out to us directly via email or Discord, and we’ll manually upgrade your plan to Hobby. Once upgraded, you’ll immediately start enjoying the expanded limits and the flexibility to scale as your needs grow.
